2. Order Processing Time

After you have successfully placed your order from chuummi.com. Your order will be confirmed within 24 hours (weekends and holidays will take a little longer).  You will receive an email with information regarding the details of your order.

Your order will be shipped within 2-4 business days after order being confirmed.  Purchases made after 1 p.m. PT will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 1 p.m. PT on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday (public holiday is not included).

 

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

You can track your order status at any time through your account or via the tracking link provided.

 

4. Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, such as delays or lost packages, please contact us by email at support@chuummi.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any delivery issues and ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner.

Note:

  • International shipping fees and available destinations are calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs, and local carriers.
  • Once marked "Delivered" by the courier (UPS/FedEx/DHL), Chuummi is not liable for lost/stolen packages. For carrier-related issues (e.g., "Lost in Transit" or "Returned to Sender"), we will assist with replacements.
  • Shipping delays due to customs, weather, or carrier disruptions are beyond our control
